4-0 Thumping, Adebayor Hat-trick...

The international break is over and what a way to return to the Premiership. A 4-0 win over Blackburn will give us a boost heading into our first CL game on Wednesday. 3 goals for Adebayor (although he did not have the greatest game ever) will hopefully open the floodgates for him.

Here are the highlights for the game: (thanks to Remad and ScreaManUnited)

Walcott had a great run and pass for the opening goal, he looked very confident today, most probably because of that brilliant hat trick midweek. Then came a fantastic cross from Denilson to a wide open Adebayor for the header to give us a comfortable 2-0 lead going into the break. Eboue won a penalty in the second half (possible dive...most likely) and Adebayor slotted it home. An injury time goal from Adebayor gave us a 4-0 win and 50 goals for Arsenal from Adebayor.

Ramsey and Wilshire had sub appearances but not enough time to really impress. Eboue suffered an injury but I have a feeling he is just milking it.

Next up is Dynamo Kiev away, let's hope there are no injuries before then...

International Break

Now that there is no Arsenal football to look forward to until the 13th, I have decided to take a break as well. I'll be checking out the WC Qualifiers and preparing for school. So unless any HUGE news occurs during that time you won't see a new post until that game. Let's hope our players return injury-free from these games, and we get right back on track against Blackburn.

Go Gunners!
